Our Foundation: A Return to what’s real
As a mixed farm, our strength lies in our diversity. We don’t believe in taking shortcuts. Our approach is built on two core principles:
- Organic Crops & Vegetables: We grow organic spinach and other vegetables in our colourful fields. This means that we cultivate healthy soil that yields nourishment as well as food by working with nature rather than against it. Selecting our fresh spinach allows you to experience the earth's unadulterated flavour.
Free-Range & Grain-Fed Animals: Our goats, rabbits, and chickens roam around freely, leading the natural lives that animals are supposed to lead. Our dedication to free-range methods is unwavering, and we make sure that our animals are happy, healthy, and treated with dignity. We make sure the meat we give them is not only morally righteous but also full of flavour and texture by adding high-quality grains to their diet.
